The aroma evokes gooseberries, white stone fruit, lime skin, and citrus blossoms.  Tangerine flesh and pithy grapefruit are framed by bracing acidity on the palate.  There is a fine structure with great delineation of flavors.  The wine manages to meld complexity with a freshness that begs you to take another sip.


This is not your typical California Rosé.  It is racey and acid driven with great persistence.  This rosé makes for a delicious aperitivo, but is serious enough to take you through your main course.
